I'm a life and relationship coach working with high-achieving gay and queer men.
Yes, I've been single for 18 years. It started with a relationship ending — and it sent me on a journey to understand everything I now know about identity, relationships, and the challenge withbeing seen after a life trying to stay invisible. I didn't just research this work. I lived it.
And yes, I still believe in love.
I bring frameworks you won't hear anywhere else, including an Identity Blueprint, a Relationship Framework based on six-archetypes, a 12-element relationship model, and health check, developed from years of research and coaching gay men through the patterns that keep them stuck.
Topics I talk well on:
Why success doesn't guarantee happiness, and why high-achieving gay men are still missing out
Why coming out is never a one-time event, and what that does to your mental health and relationships
Why gay men are most at risk of outsourcing their self-worth, and how it keeps them stuck in the same patterns
Why you keep ending up in the same relationships, and the hidden blueprint driving it all
The 12 elements of a healthy relationship and what a truly healthy relationship actually looks like
Why growing up in the closet shapes every relationship you'll ever have, and what to do about it
Let's have a conversation first. No pitch, no pressure. Just 20 minutes to see if it's a good fit.

Every organisation, community, and event has its own identity — and so do the people who are part of it.
That’s why I take the time to understand your culture, your goals, and the message you want your audience to walk away with.
Real impact happens when people feel engaged and connected because they are listened to and talked too.
Whether it’s a room full of professionals, a community network, or an intimate team session, together we shape each event around the experiences your people are already living, and the future they’re ready to explore.
The aim is simple: create a keynote or workshop that feels relevant, grounded, and genuinely useful.
My sessions can be delivered as uplifting keynotes or as smaller, practical workshops.
We can dive into real scenarios, reflective exercises, or role-play moments that help people practise new behaviours in a safe environment.
Whatever the format, the goal is the same: spark insight, build confidence, and leave people with ideas they can actually use.
Start with a free 20-minute discovery call. We'll talk through your
group's needs and find the right fit — no commitment, no pressure.
