When I first read this book (recommended by a coach), I thought "This book is written for me."

Jose Silva Mind Control Method
Jose Silva's course was my first introduction to the power of the mind.

Changed Mind
This is one of my latest reads, and I am really enjoying it. When I just got it, I opened one page, and it was my story.
π Throughout the book I learned that my approach to coaching is very much aligned with what is explained in this book
The Untethered Soul
I often say I work intuitively. This book explains very well why that is benefiical and what it means.
π In the last chapter, it becomes a bit preachy and religious.
π It explains really nicely how in order for us to grow, we need to look at our spiritual side, and it highlights the techniques to use (such as kinesiology, which I use in my coaching sessions)
Mind Magic
This book takes what is often seen as "a flawed concept", something "that doesn't exist". This book takes it into the neuroscience realm, and highlights a process to achieve success.
π This book confirms the steps I take my clients through on the road to achieving success.
Must reads for every gay man.
Learn new skills from the comfort of your own home and see the change in your life.
The Velvet Rage
When I first read this book my thought was "No wonder gay men are so fucked".
π I didn' feel it provided a resolution to the problems gay men face.
π Every gay men must read this book. It helped me find some empathy towards myself and others in the community.
Straight Jacket
Very relatable as a gay man. This book is a great follow up to The Velvet Rage. It is written from a "life perspective".
π Every gay man should read this book. It is touching, relatable, and it looks at a big (destructive) part of contemporary gay culture that remains hidden.
The Ethical Slut
We all have opinions on what relationships we want. This helps if you regularly debate whether you want an open or closed relationship.
π I can see that there are open relationships that work. It hasn't changed my mind about what I want, but it has showed me how to approach it if it ever comes up in a relationship.
